This involves acknowledging and valuing the diverse cultures, beliefs, and experiences of communities, and ensuring that aid/ support is delivered in a manner that honors their autonomy and humanity. We believe in building trust to foster positive relationships that is essential for effective and compassionate assistance.
  • Do no harm: We believe in Do No Harm principles and emphasize the importance of avoiding unintended negative consequences of our humanitarian interventions. Through this principle, we ensures that assistance efforts do not exacerbate existing conflicts, inequalities, or vulnerabilities within the affected communities. By carefully assessing the potential impacts of our actions, we supports recovery and resilience without causing further harm or destabilization.
  • Transparency and accountability: Transparency and accountability is laying at the core of our work and is critical for building trust between us and the communities/ individuals we serve.
